Atherstone Sleigh Committee

Following another successfull and enjoyable dickens night November 2006 the Dickens Night committee are now in the process of organising fundraising events and Dickens Night 2007 which this year will be on Saturday November 24th .
Last friday the chairman and vice chairman Ray Jarvis and Mejar Singh were pleased to be invited by the Atherstone Sleigh committee to a presentation evening where they were presented with a cheque for £335 by Tony Campion from the Sleigh Committee. Ray and Mejar thanked the sleigh committee for their donation which will help in the fiunding of Dickens Night.
The next event will be the Annual General Meeting of the Dickens Night Committee which will be held in the Godiva Room at The Atherstone Red Lion at 7pm on 22nd February.
The chairman Ray Jarvis invites anyone who is interested in joining the committee to come along to the meeting as he hopes to grow the committee in size as new members and ideas are always welcome.
